Nkechi Springs is a distinguished National Certified Home Healthcare Consultant with over 20 years of industry experience. She owns several healthcare-related businesses, including Atlas Home Health Consulting, Atlas Care Connect, Atlasville, A1 Home Health Solutions and NOW Behavioral Health providing care to elderly patients and children in the State of Maryland and Arizona. Renowned for her strategic consulting skills, she has launched over 500 home care businesses in the DMV metro area and other states, offering expertise in operations, compliance, and business development. Nkechi holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), and her passion for education and music led her to establish an after-school music program for children. Additionally, she is a successful real estate investor.
